The hotel is lovely, location is marvellous and rooms are beautiful. It is in the middle of the city and right next to a church and a castle.

The location here is stunning and incredible, as it is just a 10-15 minute walk from Castillo de Santa Barbara Castle, and the staff are affable and helpful too.

I recently stayed at Vil5 By Be for a few nights and it was perfect for exploring the city. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions, restaurants, bars, and public transport. The hotel is situated on a quiet side street, making it peaceful during most days. The presence of a nearby church adds a charming Spanish flair, with the sound of bells ringing and a guitarist playing. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the castle and Basilica.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We loved our spacious room with a small balcony overlooking the street, it was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace across the road had the most amazing views of Santa Barbara. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering us the use of the showers after we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast.

The staff's effort to lend me a USB plug was exceptional, even though it didn't fit. They also provided an extra blanket and adjusted the thermostat when I felt chilly. a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

The room I stayed in was very nice and clean, with modern amenities like a TV, fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. the bathroom had a nice design, especially the mirror lighting. the location of the hotel was perfect, right near the old part of the city. It was just a short walk to all the attractions, which couldn't have been better. One more advantage I enjoyed was the included breakfast, which was nice and had a good variety of options.

upon arrival, there was no soap provided at the bathroom sink, so I had to use the shower soap dispenser. there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, so I had to either grab it from the shelf or hold the toilet paper.
